Gaylon C. Hayes
Gaylon C. Hayes is originally from Hollis and Mangum, Oklahoma. He obtained an undergraduate degree from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in Economics and Finance and a Second Degree in Business Administration. After graduating, Mr. Hayes was a member of the State Bureau of Investigation from 1972-75 as the Agent in Charge and continued with the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics from 1975-79. He then attended Oklahoma City University of Law and graduated with a Juris Doctorate in 1990. Since graduation, Mr. Hayes is a practicing member of a number of bars including: the Oklahoma Bar, the Texas Bar, the Federal Bar for the Western, Eastern and Northern Districts of Oklahoma, and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. Since his admission to practice, Mr. Hayes has prosecuted a number of Qui Tam Actions on the federal level. He is also a member of the TAF, Taxpayers Against Fraud, an association which is a nationwide network of attorneys who work to eliminate fraud against the government. Melissa Peros –
Ms. Peros is an associate attorney originally from Redlands, California who passed the Oklahoma bar in 2009. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Oklahoma City University School of Law with her Juris Doctorare in 2009. She was also named the Oklahoma Bar Association's Outstanding Graduating Senior of 2009 from Okllahoma City University. Besides Oklahoma, Ms. Peros is licensed to practice in the Eastern and Western Federal Districts of Oklahoma. Prior to law school, she obtained an undergraduate degree in Biochemistry and Chemistry from the University of California, San Diego. During her tenure at Oklahoma City University, Ms, Peros was llicensed by the State of Oklahoma for limited practice from 2008 to 2009. She has been a dedicated member of the firm since March of 2007 and has contributed to a number of pending or resolved Qui Tam cases. Ms. Peros is also a member of The Phi Delta Phi International Legal Fraternity, The Federal Bar Assocaition, The Oklahoma County Bar Association, the Cleveland County Bar Assocation, and an Alumna of the Oklahoma City University Law Review and the Ruth Bader Ginsberg American Inn of Court.

Mrs. Clarkston has been a dedicated member of our firm since 1999 and has experiance in both paralegal work and the administrative running of the office. Tami D. Conn
Mrs. Conn is the private investigator for the firm. Her extensive background and experiance are put to work in her efforts to garner information on the Qui Tam Cases prosecuted by the firm, finding and serving defendants, locating assets of defendants, establishing contact with witnesses and gathering all information necesary for the sucessful prosecution of claims.
Mrs. Terra Hayes is the Secretary for the office. She will happily great you when you call or stop by. She has been with our firm since 2009.
