Gaylon C. Hayes
Gaylon C. Hayes is originally from Hollis and Mangum, Oklahoma. He obtained an undergraduate degree from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in Economics and Finance and a Second Degree in Business Administration. After graduating, Mr. Hayes was a member of the State Bureau of Investigation from 1972-75 as the Agent in Charge and continued with the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics from 1975-79. He then attended Oklahoma City University of Law and graduated with a Juris Doctorate in 1990. Mr. Hayes is a practicing member of a number of bars including: the Oklahoma Bar, the Texas Bar, the Federal Bar for the Western, Eastern, and Northern Districts of Oklahoma, and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. Since his admission to practice, Mr. Hayes has prosecuted a larger number of Qui Tam Actions on the Federal level. He is also a member of the TAF, Taxpayers Against Fraud, an association which is a nationwide network of attorneys who work to eliminate fraud against the government. Mr. Hayes also has extensive experience in prosecuting state cases involving personal injury, equine law, property damage, wrongful death, and product liability.
Gregory M. Failing
Mr. Failing is an associate attorney originally from Noble, Oklahoma who passed the Oklahoma bar in 2012. He graduated in the top of his class from Oklahoma City University School of Law with his Juris Doctorate. He was honored with the Pro Bono Service Award in 2011 - 2012 for his dedication to serving Oklahoma Children. Besides The Oklahoma Bar, Mr. Failing is licensed to practice in the Western Federal District of Oklahoma. Prior to law school, he obtained an undergraduate degree in Music Education from the University of Oklahoma. During his enrollment at Oklahoma City University, Mr. Failing received special certification for his work in child abuse and neglect through the University of Oklahoma Child Study Center. He has been a dedicated member of the firm since April of 2013 and has contributed to a number of pending and resolved Civil Litigation. Mr. Failing is also a licensed Oklahoma Teacher and a lifetime member of Kappa Kappa Psi, The Federal Bar Association, The Oklahoma County Bar Association, the Cleveland County Bar Association, and distinguished Alumn of Noble High School, Oklahoma City University, and the University of Oklahoma.

Mrs. Clarkston has been a dedicated member of our firm since 1999 and has experience in both paralegal work and the administrative running of the office. Tami D. Conn
Mrs. Conn is the private investigator for the firm. Her extensive background and experience are put to work in her efforts to garner information on the Qui Tam Cases prosecuted by the firm, finding and serving defendants, locating assets of defendants, establishing contact with witnesses and gathering all information necessary for the successful prosecution of claims.
Ms. Terra Hayes is the beloved daughter of Mr. Hayes and acts as our talented and friendly office coordinator. She will happily great you when you call or stop by and be glad to help answer your questions or arrange an appointment for you with one of our legal experts. She has been with our firm since 2009.
Mrs. Gilda Failing is Mr. Failing's legal and personal assistant, and loving mother. She retired from the purchasing department of the Oklahoma City General Motor's Plant and has an associate degree in accounting as well as one in Legal Secretarial from the Watertown School of Commerce.
